Terms of Service

You need an account to access course content. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for any activity under your account. We may suspend or deactivate an account that violates these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

Course access is sold as a recurring subscription per track, billed through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal linked on your account page — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial periods.

SophiArch (or its content authors) owns all course materials — lessons, videos, code examples, quizzes, and notebooks. Subscribing gives you a personal, non-transferable license to view and use this content for your own learning while your subscription is active. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share course content, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

Any code you write while completing exercises or labs is yours. The starter code, exercise structure, and reference solutions we provide remain our content under the license above.

Course content is provided for educational purposes only. We don't guarantee any specific outcome — including job placement, promotion, or certification recognized by a third party — from completing a course. Code examples are provided "as is"; verify behavior against your own environment before relying on it in production.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SophiArch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on course content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
